Prints

What are limited edition prints?

Each image will be printed within a limited quantity to retain your investment. Look for the reference number on each page to check availability.

What kind of quality can I expect?

Each signed print is produced to order and printed on 100% cotton Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm art paper. The image is printed with a white border on all sides and is signed in pencil bottom-right, just outside the image area. This combination of high quality paper and ink results in prints with a crafted, handmade feel. 

Do the dimensions include a border?

All images are printed within the overall paper dimensions to allow for a white border and the signature, outside of the image area. The borders have varying widths ranging from 1" to 3".

Can I order a custom size?

Yes. If you require exact dimensions, please send an email to custom@milkovi.com, list the title of the image and the size you prefer. A custom print will be made for you and priced according to the nearest product size, plus a $25 resizing fee.

Shipping

What are the images shipped in?

Prints up to 40" are shipped flat in sturdy boxes. Larger sizes are shipped in cardboard tubes to avoid damage in transit. 

How long does it take to arrive?

All prints are produced to order. We aim to send your order within 5 working days or less, and all prints are shipped via a trackable shipping service. You will receive an email once the order has been shipped, containing your tracking details. 

Do you ship internationally?

International orders outside the US are not fulfilled at this time. If you'd like to know when international shipping will be available, please send an email to shipping@milkovi.com.

Framing

Do you provide custom framing?

Yes. Each order may be custom framed according to your needs. Send an email to framing@milkovi.com to inquire about frame options.

How do I frame it myself?

All prints are shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube to ensure safety. Once received, lay the print on it's  a clean surface and allow it to unfurl and flatten naturally. This may take some time. We don't recommend putting anything heavy on the prints to speed things up as this could damage the print.

Examples

How can I see the image in my living area, office, or hotel with my iPhone or Android device?

Each art on the Website contains an augmented reality technology that lets you see the artwork in any space using most iOS or Android devices. Simply go to the artwork page on your mobile device, press the button under the image that says "See in your space", and follow the instructions on screen. On iOS devices, it's best to point it at the floor first to calibrate the device. 

The following is how to adjust the artwork on your screen. We recommend using one hand to make adjustments (e.g. unpinch, pinch):

I don't have a device, or the feature is not working. Can I see it in my space some other way?

Yes, we're happy to produce a complimentary visualization of the image framed any space you choose. Please send an email to visualize@milkovi.com and include a high-resolution photo of the area you would like to have the artwork installed in. Also provide the size of image you would like as well as the dimensions of the wall area the image will be installed on
